The Mauritius Government offers scholarships to African students wishing to pursue a degree program at any Mauritius institution. The Scholarship would assist successful students in paying their tuition and living expenses while studying in Mauritius. Furthermore, airfare from the country of origin to the country of origin will be covered at the start of the studies and back to the country of origin at the end of the studies.

The Government of Mauritius Scholarship eligibility requirements
The Government of Mauritius is providing scholarships to talented students who are resident citizens of African Union or African Commonwealth nations and meet the criteria outlined below as part of its commitment to promoting high-level capacity-building across the continent:
Be citizens of an African country have applied for full-time on-campus undergraduate studies at any public Tertiary Education Institution in Mauritius for the academic year beginning in 2022 have completed their secondary school education and have 24 points at GCE A – Level be proficient in English Language above 18 years of age and should not have reached their 26th birthday at the closing date of application; for Master’s programmes not have reached 35 years

Bachelor’s Degree 3 (three) years
Bachelor’s Degree For four (4) years
Master’s Degree Two (2) Years
