Director of Barcelona Jordi Cruyff has disclosed that the team has been monitoring midfielder Mohammed Kudus of the Black Stars and Ajax for the past 12 months.
Mohammed Kudus was sensational for Ajax in the UEFA Champions League in 2022–2023, and he has continued that brilliance with the Black Stars at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The Ajax starlet netted a brace to help the Black Stars defeat South Korea in a thrilling 3-2 match at the Education City Stadium and assisted Andre Ayew in the 3-2 loss to Portugal.

The entire world has taken notice of him, and Barcelona has expressed interest in signing the Ghanaian, according to Jordi Cruyff.
“Mohamed Kudus has been on our radar for more than a year. Although we can’t yet say that Barça wants Kudus, he is drawing attention.”
He told RAC 1, as reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, “I know him well. He’s scoring goals and in Holland they talk a lot about his position.
Mohammed Kudus’ contribution to Ghana’s victory over South Korea earned him the title of Man of the Match.
